These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MainzIQ, provided by DZX Apps ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing or using MainzIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the App

MainzIQ is designed to help users manage vehicles, service history, costs, mileage and other maintenance information. The app also provides backup, synchronization, Premium features, export and automatic updates of publicly available vehicle information.

Accuracy of Information

Users are responsible for ensuring that the information entered into the app is accurate and up to date. Information retrieved from the Norwegian Public Roads Administration is provided as-is, and users are responsible for verifying that the information is correct and current.

Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that external services such as Firebase, Apple, Google or the Norwegian Public Roads Administration will always be available.

Important:
MainzIQ should not be relied upon as the sole source of maintenance, warranty or legal vehicle documentation. Users are responsible for keeping their own records where required.

Limitation of Liability

DZX Apps is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, data loss or decisions made based on information contained in the app or obtained from external services.

Changes

These Terms and the Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of MainzIQ means that you accept the updated Terms. Premium subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform.
